No, because here I am at my job and I'm doing the same thing... My best advice.. get an egg timer or a cooking timer.. set it to 15 minutes... browse your favorites.. when it goes off get back to work? That's about the best I can do ;)
Ha ha...but you wandered over to vox though! Are you staying away from your email and phone too?

Oh, dear. I can see where self-control might be a little difficult. If you have deadlines to meet for your work, that's a definite way of getting yourself to work. Also, think about how your dollies will not be able to afford clothes or anything cute for a long time if your work habits dwindle. =\ That would really suck.

As a student who lives by myself, I have to balance out my internet time and my work for class time. It's something that I've trained myself to do, and it really does take willpower. I think that if I can put aside my computer to study for a few hours (boring!), you can definitely put aside TIB, Vox, Ebay and Flickr to do the same. You can also reward yourself. Every few hours, give yourself a 15-30 minute break on the internet. After that, you can get back to work. ^__^ I know you can do it! Tee hee.

Have a look at Lifehacker.com (not really getting you away from surfing I know) there are loads of articles on time management and working from home, you'll probably find some useful tips.
I know a few people who've worked from home and they say they have to treat it like a job, get into a routine and set themselves certain times of the day that they do the work with set breaks.
You can also download some time management programs which work a bit like the kitchen timer trick, but the programs physically stop you from looking at certain pages until you're due a break.
Good luck, I read all these articles but I'm still rubbish at getting anything done, you're far more determined than me though.
